Privacy Policy

Effective November 3, 2026

On Point Massage LLC is my private massage therapy practice in East Cobb, Marietta, Georgia. Your privacy matters to me as much as your comfort on the table. This page explains what information I collect through this website and my online booking, how I use it, and the choices you have.

What I collect

  • Contact and quote forms: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in your message.

  • Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up.

  • Online booking: your name, contact information, appointment details, and your answers to the intake form, which may include health information you choose to share. A card is saved to hold your appointment. Card details are processed and stored by my payment processor, not by me.

  • Website visits: like most websites, this site uses cookies and collects basic information such as pages viewed, browser type, and general location, to keep the site working and to understand how it's used.

How I use it

  • To answer your questions and send quotes.

  • To schedule, confirm, and remind you about appointments, and to follow up afterward.

  • To provide safe, appropriate treatment.

  • To send my newsletter, if you signed up.

  • To keep the records my practice requires.

How I share it

I never sell or rent your information. Your health and session information is kept confidential and is shared only at your request, or when required by law.

I use a few trusted services to run my practice: Squarespace (this website, its forms, and my newsletter), Acuity Scheduling (online booking, reminders, and intake forms), Square (payments), and Google (my calendar and business listing). They handle your information only to provide those services.

Your choices

  • You can unsubscribe from my newsletter anytime using the link in any email.

  • You can ask to see, correct, or update the information I have about you by contacting me.

  • You can set your browser to refuse cookies, though some parts of the site may not work as well.

  • This site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Security

I take reasonable steps to protect your information, and I rely on established, secure services for booking and payments. No website or online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from them online.

Changes

If I update this policy, I'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
