Cancellation Policy
Here's how scheduling works:
Cancel or reschedule 24 hours or more before your appointment: no charge.
Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the full price of the service.
No call, no show: the full price of the service.
If you arrive late, your session may still need to end at its scheduled time.
Exceptions are at my discretion. Life happens, so if something comes up, let me know.
Gift certificates don't expire. Please keep track of your certificate code, since you'll need it to book.
