Structural Reflexology
Not just a foot massage. Freeing the joints of the feet to ground the whole body.
What to Expect
Structural Reflexology is the name of the technique I’ve developed to maximize the relief that can be derived from “not just a foot massage”.
It can range from pleasant to intense but mostly concerns itself with developing and increasing the range of motion of the bones and their articulations in the foot. This can have dramatic effects throughout the body, giving release to joint stress and pain and it will leave you feeling more grounded with a smoother flowing gait.
Structural Reflexology has been influenced by many experiences in both Eastern and Western modalities such as
Traditional Reflexology
Qi Gong Reflexology
Thai Reflexology
Structural Integration
Trigger Point
and, of course, so many more!
